How to Video Verify Your Google Business Profile
On your mobile device go to your business profile tap get verified tap business video tap start recording record your video make sure your video is at least 30 seconds long but no longer than 5 minutes.
Do not include sensitive information like Bank details or people’s faces.
There are three main requirements for your video to be properly verified.
1) Location your video should clearly show where you are geographically situated and should match the address of your business profile step outside your storefront and pan your camera to capture street signs neighboring businesses or recognizable landmarks showing us a generic Road doesn’t provide enough detail for verification.
2) Existence your video should clearly show your business name printed on permanent fixtures such as a signboard wall or window this name must match the name of your business profile showing as an empty and in branded room doesn’t provide enough information for verification.
3) Affiliation show us that the person recording the video is appropriately associated with the business to show this you could record yourself unlocking the store with a key or opening a cash register or entering not just showing staff only areas tap stop recording then tap a upload video if your video is a success you’ll receive a notification confirming your profile is verified if we still need more information you’ll be asked to try again review the requirements on the help center and submit a new video recording
